蔡昌憲為節目《在台灣的故事》第7代主持人，4年前他頂著「超級偶像3」憨男的形象接下主持棒，在節目中體驗電子花車、陣頭、濕身抓魚等，上山下海都難不倒他，日前製作單位替他辦歡送會，他感動淚崩，透露沒替節目奪下金鐘獎是唯一遺憾。
